Shipping

Crates and Apparel ships through USPS and is based out Tempe, Arizona, estimated shipping time is with in 1-4 buisness days pending on customers location in the United States. Shipping rates are based on weight and opening order cost is $7.00 and increases per pound and is subject to change to stay current with USPS rates. Skateboard are not included in this rate we have a minium shipping rate and the rest is taken care of by us. For out of country residence estimated time is 6-10 days pending on customs and location. Most out of country shipping cost start at $20.00 and increase pending on weight and destination, we are currently working on our system to have an option for out of country shipping but in the mean time please contact us direct so we can inform you of the correct process to place an order.

Returns

Returns must have authorization and to receive authorization you must have a RA # and be with in 60 days of original shipping date. RA# are issued for incorrect producted shipped which includes size and color and also includes defective product all items must not be washed or worn to receive a RA#. Skateboards once the deck has been used it cannot be returned or refunded. The only exception would be a deck with a manufacturing defect. No exchanges on decks or custom complete skateboards. Customer service is very important to us if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason besides product defect or incorrect product shipped we do allow exchages or store credit with in 30 days, but exchange shipping cost will be at your expense, we recommend shipping through USPS and insuring the product for safety reasons. Please allow up to three weeks for processing.
